In4mo is owned by its partners and by its employees. Partners are the major shareholders and they form the Board of Directors of the company.

	Kursat Inandik (BSc.Eng and EMBA): Partner and CEO of In4mo. 18 years experience in Nokia Networks of several roles from SW development, system integration, training and running an international service business. Expertise in new service development and delivery.
	Paul Susan (MSc. Eng): CTO of In4mo. 20 Years of experience in Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks in various roles from customer training, technical support, consulting and solution design. Expertise in system architecture, server solutions and mobile networks.
	Timo Kuisma (MSc.Eng): Partner of In4mo. 10+ years of experience in running service business in different countries for Nokia Networks. Expertise in international operations development and project management
	Suleyman Erdogan (BSc.Eng): Partner of In4mo. Serial entrepreneur. One of the two founders of Ortana Ltd in Turkey, which has grown to become a strong international player in large display units and Intelligent Traffic Systems.
	Ari Korhonen (M.Sc.Eng): Partner of In4mo. Ari developed his first company Komartek to great success. Company was operating in four and had customers in ten countries when Logica bought it. Ari has a lot of experience on startups and global business, both in strategic and operational level.
	Jussi Ilmarinen (M.Sc. Eng.): Partner of In4mo. Over 30 years strategic and operational experience in the telecommunications business in Nokia; R&D management, Sales & Marketing, Acquisitions and Business Unit management. International experiences in Russia, China, Europe and in USA.
