Business Development Manager

In4mo is the leading supplier of mobile damage claim handling solutions in Finland. Our customers are big insurance companies and their partners.

We are expanding our operations into Scandinavia and Central Europe. We are looking for talent(s) who will help us in starting and developing our operations in Sweden.

You will be based in Stockholm. Your tasks will be to help us support our customers and develop our customer base further in Sweden. You will also have a key role in growing our organization in Sweden.

You are expected to

• have several years of Software and/or Service Sales experience
• have good communication skills both in Swedish and English

Senior Java Programmers

We are looking for talents who will help us in developing our solution further.

You are expected to

• have several years experience in developing J2EE code
• have good Java network programming experience
• have good communication skills in English

• Experience in SOAP/Web Services
• Experience in MS Biztalk
• Good understanding of IT Security

You are expected to have MSc/BSc degree on Computer Science.

Customer Service Engineer

Your job will be to support our customers, solve problems reported by customers with the help of R&D engineers, develop training material and run customer training sessions to develop competencies of users, help our customers in integration issues with the help of our R&D engineers. Additionally, we expect you to take part in system and feature testing activities. You are expected to have:

Senior Mobile Programmers

We are looking for talents who will help us in developing our solution further.

• several years of experience in developing Symbian applications
• and/or solid experience in developing iPhone applications
• and/or solid experience in developing Android applications
• be a good team player

We will consider these as additional advantages:

• experience in developing Windows Phone 7 applications
• familiarity with Multimedia control
• fluency in Finnish or Swedish

You are expected to have MSc/BSc degree on Computer Science.

Trainees

You will be

• Testing and reporting bugs
• Finding improvement needs
• Translating training material / web pages from English/Finnish to Norwegian/Danish/German. Language of the material is simple.

You are expected to be fluent in at least one of these languages:

• Norwegian
• Danish
• German

Based on your preferences, you can be based either in Espoo-Finland or Stockholm-Sweden; number of hours per week and the working hours are also negotiable.

Customer Trainer(s)

Your job will be to develop training material and run customer training sessions, help our customers in integration issues with the help of our R&D engineers.

You are expected to have:

• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Skills to develop good training material
• Patience to pay attention to details
• Pedagogical skills
• Customer service attitude

Further, you need to be a quick learner and be fluent in Norwegian or Danish.

Position can be arranged as part-time or full-time and you can be based in Espoo or Stockholm depending on your preferences.

You will be based in Oslo. You are expected to

• Have good communication skills both in Norwegian and English
