My name is Erik Hesselroth. My journey at in4mo started back in the autumn of 2013, when I got the opportunity to work part-time alongside my studies. Back then, I was responsible for translation work. After Christmas that same year, I focused on finishing my studies, and the following autumn I was employed full-time—first as part of my studies, then as part of the customer care team, where I became the main person responsible for our Norwegian clients. Today, my focus is mainly on documentation work, but I still provide direct customer support and handle various other tasks as well.

When I started at in4mo, the company was still relatively small, employing somewhere between 10 and 20 people. Since then, the company has grown a lot, both in the number of staff and in the number of clients, and has moved to a larger office space. It has been a joy to be part of the company’s journey from a small start-up to a significant actor in the industry, and I have met many great people along the way.

One of the best things about working at in4mo is the people. There are colleagues from all over the world here, and it’s really interesting to hear from and learn about people from different places and cultures. In addition, the company arranges events to bring people together—be it annual Christmas parties, summer parties, or other gatherings—and each team also arranges their own team events, where we do all sorts of fun activities together.

Another great thing about working at in4mo is the management. Each team is led by a skilled and supportive person who works to ensure the best for every individual in their team, as well as for the company. We are allowed a good amount of flexibility to accommodate our current life situations, which is a great benefit, especially for parents of young children.
