Technical Product Owner

If you are looking for the opportunity to be a Technical Product Owner to help the company to reach next level in the quality of specifications and bridge the gap between business and technical people.

WORK
You will work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Teams. Work is supported by the CTO.

Your activities will include:
• Collaborating with product owners to find current business priorities and documenting them
• Gathering and defining specifications for new features and ventures based on the priorities together with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Working with Customer Care on issues and incident reports arriving from customers
• Defining together with Product Owners and Scrum Masters the content of releases and sprints
• Ensuring that Scrum Team and Product Owner have a consensus on both the specifications and priorities
• Documenting existing features and creating user guides with the help of Product Owners and Customer Care

YOU
You like to develop new solutions and solve problems in the old, possess great attention to details and are a true team player that can constructively engage with any stakeholders in the company.

REQUIREMENTS
• Several years of experience in service development on either business or technical side with great interest and knowledge on the other side
• Few years of Scrum experience
• Comfortable with writing specifications and use cases
• Native or fluent English

We are looking for an iOS Mobile Developer to join our team at in4mo (Espoo, Finland). You will be working with us to develop and maintain quality mobile apps for insurance and service industries.

If you’re passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a mobile developer, you’ll collaborate with other teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

We are the leading provider of specialized Insurance building claims handling solutions in the European Nordic Markets. About the App
in4mo Task Report is a native iOS app written in Objective-C, but Swift is in use as well. WebView is used for showing the reports, so knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for modifying report is an advantage. Proficiency in Java is a big plus, as both the server side and Android client are written using it.

Requirements
– 2+ years of hands-on professional development experience with Objective-C and iOS.
– Experience developing application(s) published in App Store
– Solid organization/communication skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

German Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to our Customer Care team in Frankfurt.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Provide technical assistance via phone and email to customers
• Provide product training to customers and users
• Document cases and customer interactions using issue tracking system (Jira)
• Follow up with customers to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
• Develop a deep knowledge of the in4mo products and the business needs of our clients
• Create and localize product documentation and instructions

You are expected to:
• be fluent in German and English
• be interested in technology and willing to learn more
• have strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• be analytical and have a troubleshooter mindset;
• have strong oral and written communication skills
• have strong presentation skills

Since part of your job will be about writing/editing customer documentation, you need to be native speaker of one of these languages: German, Norwegian, Danish.

You will be located in Frankfurt, Germany; and you will be travelling up to 6 days per month, mostly within the German speaking countries.
