Customer Care Manager

Our Company and the Role

in4mo is the leading provider of building claims software solutions in the Nordic insurance markets. We also provide software solutions for service and maintenance companies to manage a variety of building, repair, and property maintenance projects digitally.

Most of the Property Insurance Companies in the Nordic countries, e.g. If, Tryg, Gjensidige and Fennia, are in4mo’s customers.

We are continuously working on improving our solutions to new levels. We are looking for a Customer Care Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main contact for Nordic customers
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the in4mo products and the business needs of our customers
  • Provide product training to customers and users
  • Document cases and customer interactions using issue tracking system (Jira)
  • Work closely with other members of the Customer Care and Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Occasionally fill in at the first line support
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • The role requires weekly trips within the Nordics

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience from similar roles (Customer Care or Account Manager)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An analytical and troubleshooter mindset
  • Good technical knowledge and willing to learn more
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Norwegian and/or Swedish and English. Other Nordic and/or European languages is an advantage

Senior DevOps Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help the company to reach next level in the quality of specifications and bridge the gap between business and technical people.

We want to fundamentally change how people work in insurance building damage claim processes. As a DevOps Engineer at in4mo (a Solera Company), you’ll be instrumental in the design, development and management of our infrastructure, which controls the deployment. Infrastructure excellence, with a foundation that is a reliable, flexible, performant and secure is your North Star.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, development and maintenance of our development operations infrastructure
  • Driving business scalability by ensuring that the development and deployment infrastructure is flexible, easy to manage and to use
  • Keeping systems and customer data secure and improving our resilience to any potential setbacks
  • Working closely with other members of the development team to ensure new product features are built stable, secure and reliable
  • Identify inefficiencies in our software development process and optimise them
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous
  • Experience with Openshift, Ansible, Puppet, Vagrant, Docker, ELK Stack (elasticsearch, logstash, kibana, filebeat), Zabbix, Sonarqube, Jenkins, Java, Scripting languages (Shell, Python), React and databases (MySQL, Postgress, OrientDB, MSSQL) is advantageous
  • Experience with networking systems (Ubiquity, Cisco)
  • Responsible for your own work, to build, test and iterate quickly, with direct guidance from Architects / Team Lead

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years software development experience
  • Experience with automating deployment, testing and integration pipelines using technologies like Vagrant, Docker, logstash, Kibana, Jenkins and Gitlab
  • Experience in Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Cloud computing platforms, ideally AWS Cloud
  • Experience with Virtualized platforms, ideally OpenShift
  • Experience to troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Love for solving complex backend challenges
  • Fixation for documenting work and enthusiasm to participate in product discussions

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts

Senior Test Automation Specialist

The Role

If you are looking for an opportunity to be a Senior Test Automation Specialist to help the company to reach next level in quality, then look no further.

WORK
Work within Scrum teams running both manual and automated tests. Able to contribute to the test automation strategy. Working within the Scrum teams during sprints and release testing. Planning and executing up and coming work relating to test. Actively reporting on and chasing down issues relating to manual and automation testing. Liaising with the development team during sprints and release testing. Participating in planning and coordinating upcoming work relating to test.

Your activities will include

  • Collaborating on the review and update of existing automation standards
  • Guiding less experienced team members on automation best practices
  • Planning up-coming work/projects relating to test
  • Monitoring and reporting on automation test execution (ad hoc and planned)
  • Defect management
  • Metrics and reporting
  • Creation and running of manual and automated tests
  • Peer review of test cases
  • Training and mentorship for Robot Framework / Selenium / Appium tools and test case creation

Proactive and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrable hands on testing experience
  • Knowledge of development methodologies such as RAD Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, Scrumban etc)
  • Can apply automation strategy
  • Automation skills in both Appium, Selenium and Robot Framework
  • Experience in coordinating testing activities for medium-sized projects
  • Defect management
  • Experience of Continuous Integration
  • Understand the e2e development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • ISQTB certified
  • Excellent people skills
  • Python coding skills

Nice to Have
