En teknisk r\u00e5dgiver kan v\u00e6re en person med ekspertise innen et omr\u00e5de, som f.eks. spesifikke skadetyper, og kan dermed kunne svare p\u00e5 sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l noen i saken m\u00e5tte ha, som en saksbehandler ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis er i stand til \u00e5 svare p\u00e5, men som en med mer teknisk kompetanse kan.<\/p>\n<h3><a id=\"_Toc25049160\"><\/a><br \/>\nGi en bruker tilgang som teknisk r\u00e5dgiver<\/h3>\n<p>For \u00e5 kunne f\u00e5 rollen som teknisk r\u00e5dgiver i en sak, m\u00e5 en bruker ha tilgang til rollen som teknisk r\u00e5dgiver. Administratorer med autorisasjonsniv\u00e5 6 kan gi slik tilgang under \u2018<strong>Medlemmer\u2019<\/strong>, ved \u00e5 redigere brukerprofilen til personen som skal ha denne tilgangen. Det man gj\u00f8r er helt enkelt \u00e5 huke av boksen p\u00e5 raden \u2018<strong>Teknisk r\u00e5dgiver<\/strong>\u2019 og lagre. N\u00e5r man legger inn en p\u00e5minnelse m\u00e5 man angi et tidspunkt for p\u00e5minnelsen samt en tekst som forklarer hva p\u00e5minnelsen omhandler. En hvilken som helst bruker fra forsikringsselskapet kan legge til en slik p\u00e5minnelse, mens det kun er den tekniske r\u00e5dgiveren som vil f\u00e5 opp p\u00e5minnelsen. Dersom den tekniske r\u00e5dgiveren st\u00e5r som utilgjengelig vil vedkommendes stedfortreder motta p\u00e5minnelsen. Dersom det endres teknisk r\u00e5dgiver i saken eller rollen fjernes fra saken, vil p\u00e5minnelsen fortsatt st\u00e5 lagret i saken, slik at dersom det velges en annen teknisk r\u00e5dgiver vil vedkommende fortsatt f\u00e5 opp p\u00e5minnelsen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/technical-adviser-nor-1759818134460-343-dc720bb9.png\" alt=\"Image from document\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/technical-adviser-nor-1759818134461-344-9b1e2585.png\" alt=\"Image from document\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the case you can see when the reminder will pop up, and it possible to both change the time for the reminder, edit the text or delete the reminder by pressing the \u2018<strong>Edit<\/strong>\u2019 button, which will open the same window as illustrated above.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/technical-adviser-nor-1759818134462-345-1706f5f9.png\" alt=\"Image from document\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When the time for the reminder has come, the technical adviser will see the reminder as a pop-up. It is possible to delay the reminder by clicking \u2018<strong>Snooze<\/strong>\u2019, and to choose for how long it should be on snooze. To turn off the reminder, click \u2018<strong>Deactivate<\/strong>\u2019.
