Main Improvements in in4mo Release 14.0

The 14.0 release of in4mo Building Claims includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements. Below you will find a summary of the main changes.
Improved password security
As part of our continuous work with data security we are updating the password policies for all our services. This means that passwords must be changed regularly, default after 90 days, and that passwords must include at least an upper-case character, a lower-case character and a number.
Depending on current settings, when the password was last updated, and the password pattern used this might require new password to be defined.
Please update your password already now if you know you will be affected to avoid any issues after the update. Just go to your profile page and click Password.
in4mo Remote Video – Assignee invitation
The invitation window to invite task responsible is updated to be able to select the task that pictures and videos should be linked to.
Media taken during the video call will be available in the multimedia folder for the task selected from the Task drop down. If no task is selected the media will be available in the Document folder of the case.
This means that for example a project manager can make a video call to the user responsible for the demolition and add relevant images to the project management task or even to another task for planning and preparation purposes.
