The 15.1 release of in4mo Building Claims includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements. Below you will find a summary of the main changes.
To improve how invoices are handled in in4mo we are introducing a few new fields to the invoice functionality. These new fields are not mandatory but will help meet invoicing standards in various markets and allow for more invoice related information to be registered in in4mo.
The new fields are:
To ensure clarity of costs and their approval statuses, we’re improving the logic of how the cost filters work, and how costs are shown in the system. From this release onward, the Cost Control ‘Approved’ status filter will show only items that are marked as approved (green). If an approved work item has been edited, and the edit is not yet approved, the filter will only show the approved original value, not the new work item that is still in Draft or Waiting for approval status. After the edit has been approved, that will be shown also.
The chosen filter also affects the sub-totals shown, making it clearer to get an overview of correct costs. The table below clarifies the different values:
Filter | Shown items * | Include value in Cost Control sub-total |
Rejected |
|
When as only filter: Yes When combined with other filters: No |
Approved |
|
Yes |
Waiting for approval |
|
Yes Child items value overrides the approved parent |
Draft |
|
Yes Child items value overrides the approved parent |
* Cost control always shows Inactive parents of shown approved items also. These are never included in the sub-totals.
When only “Approved” items are filtered, the total sum of the task should match with “Approved supplier cost” found under the task information:
To allow for smoother cost approval from the Cost Control view, we are now making it easier to compare the costs that are to be approved to previously approved costs.
When a cost is being approved, we now show the cost of the item(s) about to be approved, the cost of previously approved parent item(s) if such exist for any of the items about to be approved, the previously approved case budget, and the case budget after the approval. This will make it easier and faster to make informed decisions about the costs.
Approving 2 or more items, no previously approved parent(s)
Approving 1 item, with 1 or more previously approved parent(s)
One of in4mo’s main targets in our current development is to improve on our integration interfaces towards our customers. In this release we have implemented generic Rest integration regarding two new areas: Set task responsible and Set planned start and end time.
If the Set responsible integration is activated, you can via API set and change the people responsible for tasks. The restrictions of when this can be done are the same as if you assign or edit these directly in in4mo.
If the Set planned start and end time integration is activated, you can set and change the start and end time for tasks via API. The restrictions of when this can be done are the same as if you set or edit these directly in in4mo.
This means that in the latest releases and up to the current 15.1 release we have now implemented Rest integrations within the following areas:
– Case creation, update, fetch information
– Incoming Document to cases
– Outgoing Documents from in4mo cases
– Outgoing status notifications
– Get task information
– Get total costs
– Set task responsible
– Set planned start and end time

To help our customers make and demonstrate positive sustainability contributions, in4mo has been working on a CO2 emission estimation tool that will help estimate the CO2 emissions generated during a Building Claim. This tool that we are calling Emission Estimatics will also help our customers keep up with the constantly tightening sustainability legislation.
In this release we are ready to release some initial functionality for this tool, and as development continues, we will continue to release more functionalities in coming releases. In the weeks following this release we will introduce csv extracts which are focused on emission from material use. The calculations will be for closed cases.
