The 15.4 release of in4mo Building Claims includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements. Below you will find a summary of the main changes.

Here you will find a summary of the changes. Depending on country, region, and feature activation the availability and presentation might differ from the descriptions.

Emission Estimatics by in4mo

As an initiative to support our customers in demonstrating their positive sustainability contributions, in4mo has implemented a CO2 emission estimation tool that calculates the CO2 emissions generated in a property claim. The service, referred to as Emission Estimatics, aims to help our customers in their reporting obligations under constantly tightening sustainability legislations.

In the 15.4 release, we are proud to present the initial functionality of this service, focusing on emission generated nearly by all materials applied in a case. If the feature is enabled, in4mo generates claim emission CSV extracts.

In4mo reports both on the emission of installation of the new material, as well as the removal and waste handling of the old material. Emission reporting is done on work item material level, calculated for the material usage of each work item with a material (supplier/custom/reused). The report incorporates all closed cases with their material emission calculations for a fixed time period.

Emission calculation requests are triggered when a case is closed in in4mo, and all work items that have materials are sent to the calculator to estimate their carbon emission, respective to the amount that has been defined in in4mo.

The newest CSV report in in4mo’s reporting structure, called the Case emission data extract, can be configured to be generated weekly or monthly, summarizing the calculated emission data of all cases closed in the past week/month respectively. A detailed description of the Case emission CSV extract, it’s structure and content, can be found in the separate Emission Estimatics user guide among other extended information about the service.

Generic Rest Integrations – Workplan APIs

One of in4mo’s main targets in our current development is to improve on our integration interfaces towards our customers. In this release we have implemented generic Rest integrations regarding the iCC Workplan.

If the Workplan integration is activated, our customers can via APIs handle:

– Creating rooms on a given case;
– Creating work items;
– Editing work items;
– Removing work items;
– Fetching the full workplan from a given case

This means that up to and including the current 15.4 release we have now implemented generic Rest integrations within the following areas:

  • Case creation, update, fetch information
  • Documents for cases, in&out;
  • Outgoing case and status notifications
  • Get detailed task information
  • Get total costs
  • Set task responsible
  • Set planned start and end time
  • Invoice handling
  • Workplan
