They can be opened directly in Excel after the download is completed, or they can be saved on your computer, then opened through Excel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Opening a file saved on computer:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open Microsoft Excel, then click on \u2018<strong>Data<\/strong>\u2019. You will see a button called \u2018<strong>From Text\/CSV\u2019<\/strong>. Click this button, browse to where you have saved the downloaded file, select the correct file, and click \u2018<strong>Import<\/strong>\u2019.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2513\" src=\"https:\/\/in4mobackupstg.wpenginepowered.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2023\/07\/tfcsv.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"936\" height=\"212\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When Excel has loaded the file, a window will pop up where you check that the file origin is in Unicode (UTF-8), and that the delimiter is correctly set (default is \u2018<strong>Comma<\/strong>\u2019). The table below is a preview of how the file will look when loaded. When ready, click on \u2018<strong>Load<\/strong>\u2019. The file is now ready for use.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2518\" src=\"https:\/\/in4mobackupstg.wpenginepowered.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2023\/07\/file.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"928\" height=\"502\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Opening directly after completed download:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have chosen to open the downloaded file directly, you may find that all content is found in column A of the Excel file.
