If your company is using the Contractor solution, you should only log in to the Contractor portal and not to the insurance companies dedicated portals.<\/li>\n<li>Check the spelling to make sure that there are no spaces in the e-mail address or the password field. Check with your company admin if you are unsure what your login username is. When logging in for the first time, you will get your password from your company admin who has created you as a user in the portal.<\/li>\n<li>If you have forgotten your password, click \u2018Forgot your password?\u2019 on the login page. A login link will be sent to your e-mail. Choose a new password when logging in.<\/li>\n<li>If you have too many failed attempts to login, your account will be blocked. To activate your account, click on \u2018Forgot your password?\u2019 and an activation link will be sent to your e-mail inbox &#8211; which is registered as your username. When you have created a new password, your account will be activated and ready to use again. If the activation link has not been sent out to your e-mail inbox, check the junk mail.<\/li>\n<li>It is possible that your password has expired. Passwords are valid for a given time period before they expire, and must be renewed on a regular basis.
