If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, click on the “Forgot your password?” link from the login page in the web portal or in Task Reporter. If you are a Contractor user, an admin member with authorization level 6 in the company\u2019s portal, can reset the password for a member profile via the page Company admin > Members. From this page, you need to search for the member profile first. Click on the cog wheel to the right side of the member and from there, click \u201cEdit\u201d.\u00a0<\/span>Check this video<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>on how to do it.<\/p>\n
