Each web portal in in4mo has got its own code. This can result in the situation that you get a message that you must fill in all mandatory fields even if you have checked that all are filled in for the report template. If you or a colleague is going to change or has already changed your\/their email address in in4mo, the in4mo support should be notified about the change so that we can move the certificate from the old address to the new one.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"c3b2\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-c3b2\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">How do I set a Deputy?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-c3b2\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span>When a user is going to be unavailable, for example due to holiday, sick leave or work-related travelling or training, the user can be set as unavailable in in4mo. To be set as unavailable the user must have a deputy defined in the system. This deputy will receive chat and email notifications directed to the unavailable user for as long as this user is set as unavailable. A user can select their deputy under their profile (by clicking on your own name in the top menu in the portal), under \u2018Profile\u2019. It is also here in the user\u2019s profile that the user can set themselves as unavailable. Admin users can also set users of their company as unavailable and assign a deputy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"n507\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-n507\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">What notifications can I get?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-n507\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Each user can decide what kind of email notifications they want to receive. This is done from the user\u2019s own profile, which is accessed by clicking on the user\u2019s own name in the menu on top of the portal, and then clicking on \u2018Notifications\u2019 on the left side in the profile. There are also a few settings related to chats here.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about notifications in in4mo, please read here:<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.in4mo.com\/support\/resources\/notifications-in-in4mo\/\">Notifications in in4mo.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"r6c3\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-r6c3\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">What do I do if I accidentally sent report items to a wrong task?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-r6c3\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>If you notice that report items you sent to a task have ended up in the wrong task\/case, you can do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the task (in the web portal) that you accidentally sent the report information to and choose \u201cMultimedia\u2019 -folder<\/li>\n<li>Press \u201cSave\u2019 under all the items you need for the actual task you were performing.<\/li>\n<li>Then move all the items to the \u201cExtras\u2019 -folder and you can even add text to them saying that they are not a part of the task in question.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the correct task and to the \u201cMultimedia\u2019 -folder. Scroll down the page until you see the \u201cUpload pictures\u2019 -box.<\/li>\n<li>Get all the pictures into the task one by one by clicking on \u201cChoose file\u2019 and \u201cAdd\u2019. This way you will get the items transferred to the right task. They will most likely be found in the downloads folder on your pc.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively you can add the multimedia by filling out the report from the web portal, if available in the portal.<\/li>\n<li>You need to report in the right task to proceed to next phase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Report to your superviser and the insurance company, if it is an insurance case, since it might have GDPR implications.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"g803\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-g803\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">How does automatic member selection work?<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-g803\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span>When automatic member selection is in use for an office, the defined tasks will automatically be assigned to the selected user(s) when this task type is assigned to the office. Admin users can select if this function should be in use for an office, and who should be selected as the automatic user choice.
