Many discussions touched upon the importance for insurance to partner up with specialists in their fields to create a solid foundation to improve the customer journey. This should not be limited to only covering the claims process but also to give added value to the customer. We at in4mo have been providing a solid foundation to handle property claims for a decade and will continue doing so for the future.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Data point gathering and processing was naturally high on the agenda. Ways of leveraging data to provide extra value to insurers, and in some cases be able to prevent damage before it happens.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was two very inspiring days of discussions that have led to new plans and potential partnerships. We look forward to the follow-up meetings to this event.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
