Autosave in Web Reports<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>In an effort to\u00a0improve the reliability of Web Reports, and unify them with Mobile Reports, data\u00a0entered into\u00a0reports via the web portal will now be automatically saved, similarly to how data is automatically saved on Mobile Reports. This ensures that data is not lost due to simple oversights or mistakes and streamlines the process over different platforms. Existing saving functionalities within the web report, such as the Save -button or being asked to save before closing the\u00a0report\u00a0view, remain unchanged.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

With this\u00a0release\u00a0it is now possible to start\u00a0tasks via API.\u00a0The\u00a0same possibilities and limitations\u00a0apply\u00a0as when you, as a company,\u00a0want to start\u00a0tasks via our user\u00a0interface. For example,\u00a0the task must be assigned to your company, it must be in the\u00a0appropriate status,\u00a0and the case\u00a0must be\u00a0open\u00a0for the action to be doable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Generic Integration to\u00a0Retrieve\u00a0Office\u00a0Information<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Office information\u00a0can now be retrieved\u00a0via API.\u00a0The information\u00a0that can be retrieved\u00a0covers\u00a0e.g.\u00a0office\u00a0GUID, office\u00a0availability,\u00a0and office address.\u00a0This integration is also relevant\u00a0in regard to\u00a0another new integration for assigning offices to tasks, where the\u00a0office\u00a0GUID\u00a0is needed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is now possible to assign an office to a task\u00a0via API. The\u00a0same possibilities and limitations\u00a0apply\u00a0as when\u00a0you,\u00a0as a company,\u00a0want to assign an office to a task via our user\u00a0interface. For example,\u00a0you must have a role that allows\u00a0assigning tasks,\u00a0the task\u00a0must be in the appropriate\u00a0status\u00a0and the case\u00a0must be\u00a0open.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
