Improvements to REST Integrations<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Generic Integration to\u00a0set\u00a0Tasks\u00a0as a Completed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

With this\u00a0release\u00a0it is now possible to\u00a0complete\u00a0tasks via API. The same possibilities and limitations apply as when you, as a company, want to\u00a0complete\u00a0tasks via our user interface. For example, the task must be assigned\u00a0correctly\u00a0and\u00a0it must be in the\u00a0appropriate status.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Generic Integration to\u00a0Input\u00a0Information into\u00a0Report\u00a0Fields<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

With this release customers\u00a0can\u00a0input\u00a0single\u00a0text,\u00a0number\u00a0fields\u00a0and dynamic fields\u00a0into reports, including both\u00a0in4mo standard reports such as Inspection reports, and the\u00a0custom\u00a0reports\u00a0created via Report Builder.\u00a0Earlier we introduced APIs to retrieve information from in4mo reports,\u00a0and\u00a0with this release there is now full flexibility to use APIs to integrate in4mo\u2019s report capabilities with\u00a0customers\u2019\u00a0other system needs and wants.\u00a0Pictures in reports will be introduced in\u00a0a coming\u00a0release.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Generic Integration for\u00a0Event-based\u00a0Message\u00a0When\u00a0Member is\u00a0Assigned<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

It is now possible to activate an outgoing message\u00a0\u2013 a webhook\u00a0\u2013 for\u00a0when\u00a0a member from your company has been assigned to a task.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Generic Integration\u00a0Improvement to GET task: Main\u00a0Inspections are\u00a0Clearly\u00a0Indicated<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

We are\u00a0improving\u00a0the content that can be retrieved when\u00a0utilizing\u00a0our GET\u00a0messages\u00a0for tasks. There will now be a property\u00a0indicating\u00a0if the task is the main inspection.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
