With this release it is now possible to insert values into\u00a0reports also\u00a0to\u00a0dynamic tables,\u00a0i.e.\u00a0tables where rows can be added or removed by the user of the report.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Raw\u00a0Case to\u00a0Normal –\u00a0Webhook<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

In\u00a0in4mo\u00a0there\u00a0is a\u00a0feature where a Raw case created with minimum\u00a0case\u00a0information\u00a0is\u00a0later changed into a\u00a0normal case.\u00a0Doing this\u00a0changes\u00a0the case ID, and more\u00a0information\u00a0is\u00a0usually then\u00a0added\u00a0to the case\u00a0by the insurance company. Since\u00a0it is relevant to be notified about\u00a0these\u00a0changes,\u00a0we are now introducing a webhook for this.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Input\u00a0Worknumber<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

On task level\u00a0a\u00a0Worknumber\u00a0can be added, which serves as an ID that Contractor\u00a0users\u00a0can freely set for the tasks they are assigned.\u00a0With this release it is possible to set and edit the\u00a0Worknumber\u00a0also\u00a0via API.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0introduction of APIs\u00a0for\u00a0iCC\u00a0in earlier releases\u00a0has been a success and is\u00a0now\u00a0widely used by our customers.\u00a0The\u00a0catalogue of work items and their attributes\u00a0for\u00a0iCC\u00a0is updated approximately\u00a04 times per year, and\u00a0so far,\u00a0the\u00a0catalogue\u00a0has been\u00a0provided by in4mo to our customers manually via\u00a0e-mail.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>For\u00a0the\u00a0iCC\u00a0integrations\u00a0to\u00a0run more\u00a0efficiently\u00a0we are in this release\u00a0providing API for our customers to\u00a0also\u00a0retrieve the master\u00a0data\u00a0for\u00a0iCC\u00a0work items, and their related attributes, such as title,\u00a0long description, and\u00a0which rooms\/structures the work items are valid for.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
