Damage Type Shown in the Case\u2019s Main View\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

We are responding to customer requests and improving the case main view, to allow for a better and faster overview of cases. We are moving the \u2018Damage type\u2019 information, which was previously visible in the \u2018Case Information\u2019 tab, to the case\u2019s main view. This way, the case type can be checked at a simple glance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Distribution Statistics Shown for Zone and Event Distribution\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

As a response to customer requests, Zone Distribution will get a new and improved UI and (along with Event Distribution, for those who have it in use) will now show more information about the current distribution status. We are introducing new fields called \u2018%\u2019 and \u2018Number of tasks\u2019 in the \u2018Current Distribution\u2019 field. The field\u202f<\/span>\u2018%\u2019<\/span><\/b>\u202fwill show the percentage of tasks assigned to the partners for each event distribution setting (task type\/event), while the field \u2018Number of tasks\u2019 will show the actual number of tasks assigned to the partners for each event distribution setting (task type\/event).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A Total (a sum of all the tasks) will be shown at the bottom of the \u2018Number of tasks\u2019 field.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Generic integrations: Minor improvements<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Based on customer feedback we are now introducing further properties into some of our existing GET APIs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the GET for a specific case we are now including the time of Compensation decision. It will be the latest and therefore active decision \u2013 not a log of potential earlier decision times.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the GET for work items in Cost control we are now including the name of the Structure (for example Wall; Floor) and the name of the Unit type (for example m2; kg). Earlier it was needed to look these properties up in a separate table.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
