Our application is not intended for minors under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

When you use in4mo Task Reporter, you may provide information about policyholders and their property to manage tasks related to property claims. We also collect information about you as an authorized user to allow access to the service and to improve our products and services. When necessary, we provide information to vendors who assist us in providing this service, other companies in the Solera group of companies, and government and regulatory authorities (where required).

We do not sell personal data as those terms are defined under applicable data protection laws.

Identification Data includes data such as a name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, email address, account name, driver’s license number, or other similar identifiers.
Insurance Data includes data such as claim number and other insurance information.
Commercial Data includes data such as records of personal property.
Geolocation Data includes data such as latitude and longitude for the location of the property.
Property Data includes data such as address of the property, damage information.
Technical & Usage Data includes data such as internet protocol address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, data on devices used to access the website/service, how you use our website or service, browsing history, search history, and information regarding interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.
Employment Data includes data such as information about employment or a profession.
Photographs include images of property.

Special or Sensitive Categories of Personal Data. If you include photographs of people (which is not recommended), the photographs may reveal information such as race or ethnicity.

Aggregated Data, such as statistical or demographic data, may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as it does not directly or indirectly identify you.

Where we need to collect personal data to provide this service or where required by law and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide the service or all of its features.
