My name is Krutarth “Kris” Vasavada, and when I look back at my journey with in4mo, it feels less like a job timeline and more like a story of growth shaped by people, opportunity, and trust.
I joined in October 2019, at a time when the company itself was stepping into a new chapter, having just become part of the Solera global group. There was a sense of movement in the air, of things evolving, and I was stepping right into the middle of it.
I came in as an Information Security Manager, with the responsibility of managing the Information Security Management System program across Finland and Poland. Almost immediately after I joined, we were preparing for a certification audit.
For someone new to the organization, this could have been overwhelming. Instead, it turned into one of the most rewarding experiences early in my journey. The audit gave me a reason to connect with people across teams. Conversations that started around compliance quickly became collaborations. I got to understand not just systems and processes, but the people behind them.
There was a certain joy in simply getting things done. Not in isolation, but together. Over the years, my role evolved. Today, I am part of the Global Governance, Risk and Compliance team, an opportunity that grew naturally out of my involvement in the day-to-day work at in4mo. It felt like a path that opened because of the work we were already doing.
One of the most meaningful phases for me was being closely involved as in4mo moved towards deeper global integration. It was a period of change, learning, and alignment. What stood out to me most during that time was how strongly people supported each other through it all. Change can be uncertain, but when you are surrounded by colleagues who are invested in both the work and each other, it becomes something you grow through, not something you endure.
At in4mo, leadership has a very human side. Each team is guided by someone who genuinely wants the best for their people, while also keeping the bigger picture in mind. There is a sense of trust that is hard to describe but easy to feel. You are given the space to do your work, the support when you need it, and the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.
If I had to describe my experience at in4mo in a few words, I would say it has been a rare combination of meaningful work, continuous learning, and a genuinely healthy work-life balance.
Looking ahead, I carry that same sense of curiosity and gratitude.
