When I joined in4mo in April 2022 as a QA Engineer, I stepped into a world that was new to me in almost every way — new tools, new processes, new expectations. It wasn’t a smooth start. I felt the pressure of learning fast and adapting even faster. But that pressure quickly turned into motivation.
From day one, I was surrounded by people who didn’t just answer questions — they invested time in helping me understand the bigger picture. That support shaped the way I approach my work today.
My role evolved rapidly. I began with manual testing on Android and Windows and automation on Android. A year later, I took over manual testing across all platforms — iOS, Windows, Android — and became fully responsible for iOS validation. This shift pushed me to expand my technical toolkit: RobotFramework, Python, Selenium, Browser automation. Each new challenge became an opportunity to grow.
Working closely with the mobile development team taught me the value of real collaboration. When things got complicated, I could rely on developers, frontend teams, backend teams and portal teams. That cross‑team synergy is one of the reasons I enjoy this job so much.
In 2023, I moved into the role of Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. For me, this wasn’t just a title change — it was a confirmation that the effort I put into learning, improving and taking ownership truly mattered.
What I appreciate most about in4mo is the mindset: explore new ideas, experiment with automation, take responsibility for your domain, and don’t be afraid to push boundaries. It’s a place where initiative is noticed and trust is earned.
Outside of work, balance is essential. My family, cooking, motorcycle riding, sport shooting and running keep me grounded and energized. They help me stay sharp and bring my best self to the team.
Looking ahead, I’m focused on continuous improvement — not only of our products and processes, but also of the skills and capabilities we build together as a team. I’m excited for what’s next.
