This privacy policy governs your use of the software application [MMR300] ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by IN4MO Oy. The Application allows registered users to conveniently report damage claims to a web portal.
The main purpose of the Application is to collect information about the execution of tasks which are assigned to the user. All information provided to the Application will be transferred to the web portal which is connected to the Application. All information transferred to the web portal will have a timestamp associated with it.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
The application may collect the location of the device when pictures are taken upon arrival to the Work Site; in case user allows such operation (in Settings menu).
In4mo does not own any data in the system generated by the users; therefore In4mo does not share any data with third parties. Any such requests must be addressed to the data owner, namely to the company you work for.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
You are using this application because the company you work for has registered you and asked you to report your field work. Unless otherwise agreed with the company you work for or required by authorities, we retain user data in our system for 10 years.
Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
In4mo application is meant for business use and users in the system are created by the ADMIN person of the company you work for. Application does not function if the user is not created in the system properly.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. That's why our company set up and certified Information Security Management System according to ISO27000 standard. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy www.in4mo.com/windows_store_policy/ and informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the Finland. If you reside outside the Finland your information will be transferred, processed and stored in Finland under Finland privacy standards.
