If you have forgotten your password or your password has expired, click on the “Forgot your password?” link from the login page in the web portal or in Task Reporter. Here you can request a reset link that will be sent to your registered email address. This video explains how this is done from a web portal.
If you are a Contractor user, an admin member with authorization level 6 in the company’s portal, can reset the password for a member profile via the page Company admin > Members. From this page, you need to search for the member profile first. Click on the cog wheel to the right side of the member and from there, click “Edit”. Check this video on how to do it.
If you just want to change the password you can go to your profile page by clicking your name in the top menu. Then select “Password” on the profile page menu to change the password.
