Main Improvements in in4mo Release 17.0

The in4mo 17.0 release includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements.

Below you will find a summary of the main changes. Depending on country, region, and feature activation, the availability and look within your solution might differ from the below descriptions.

Autosave in Web Reports

In an effort to improve the reliability of Web Reports, and unify them with Mobile Reports, data entered into reports via the web portal will now be automatically saved, similarly to how data is automatically saved on Mobile Reports. This ensures that data is not lost due to simple oversights or mistakes and streamlines the process over different platforms. Existing saving functionalities within the web report, such as the Save -button or being asked to save before closing the report view, remain unchanged.

Improvements to REST Integrations

Generic Integration to Start Tasks

With this release it is now possible to start tasks via API. The same possibilities and limitations apply as when you, as a company, want to start tasks via our user interface. For example, the task must be assigned to your company, it must be in the appropriate status, and the case must be open for the action to be doable.

Generic Integration to Retrieve Office Information

Office information can now be retrieved via API. The information that can be retrieved covers e.g. office GUID, office availability, and office address. This integration is also relevant in regard to another new integration for assigning offices to tasks, where the office GUID is needed.

Generic Integration to Assign Office to a Task

It is now possible to assign an office to a task via API. The same possibilities and limitations apply as when you, as a company, want to assign an office to a task via our user interface. For example, you must have a role that allows assigning tasks, the task must be in the appropriate status and the case must be open.
