Main Improvements in in4mo Release 17.1

The in4mo 17.1 release includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements.

Below you will find a summary of the main changes. Depending on country, region, and feature activation, the availability and look within your solution might differ from the below descriptions.

Improvements to REST Integrations

Below are the latest improvements we’ve made to the Rest integrations. If you are interested in learning more about generic Rest integrations, please contact your in4mo customer contact person.

Generic Integration to set Tasks as a Completed

With this release it is now possible to complete tasks via API. The same possibilities and limitations apply as when you, as a company, want to complete tasks via our user interface. For example, the task must be assigned correctly and it must be in the appropriate status.

Generic Integration to Input Information into Report Fields

With this release customers can input single text, number fields and dynamic fields into reports, including both in4mo standard reports such as Inspection reports, and the custom reports created via Report Builder. Earlier we introduced APIs to retrieve information from in4mo reports, and with this release there is now full flexibility to use APIs to integrate in4mo’s report capabilities with customers’ other system needs and wants. Pictures in reports will be introduced in a coming release.

Generic Integration for Event-based Message When Member is Assigned

It is now possible to activate an outgoing message – a webhook – for when a member from your company has been assigned to a task.

Generic Integration Improvement to GET task: Main Inspections are Clearly Indicated

We are improving the content that can be retrieved when utilizing our GET messages for tasks. There will now be a property indicating if the task is the main inspection.
