Main Improvements in in4mo Release 17.2

The in4mo 17.2 release includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements.

Below you will find a summary of the main changes. Depending on country, region, and feature activation, the availability and look within your solution might differ from the below descriptions.

Possibility to Upload Larger Files to Cases

In response to customer requests, we are now increasing the size limit for files uploaded to cases. This applies to any files, such as files uploaded in Multimedia, to the Documents library, to Invoices, and to the Customer Page. Previously, the maximum size was 30 MB per file, but the new limit is now 50 MB. The increased limit applies both to images added via in4mo and to images added via integration.

Improvements to REST Integrations

Generic Integration for Chat Messages

With this release in4mo supports both webhooks for notifying customers about new chat messages and GET endpoints to retrieve the full case chat information.

Generic Integration for Inserting Pictures into Reports

Pictures can now be input into reports via API. This is possible for both the site picture, and pictures like damage picture, signature, floorplan image, and other pictures. The possibility to input images applies to both inspection reports, and for all reports created with in4mo Report Builder. The pictures will appear both in the report and in Multimedia, same as input via in4mo app or portal.

Pagination for Cost control API

We are introducing a version 2 API for retrieving Cost control information. In this new version, the full cost overview per case is paginated, with 100 items as default per page. This is due to that some workplans are too large to adequately handle via one message.
