Main Improvements in in4mo Release 17.3

The in4mo 17.3 release includes feature improvements and bug fixes, as well as security, stability, and performance improvements.

Below you will find a summary of the main changes. Depending on country, region, and feature activation, the availability and look within your solution might differ from the below descriptions.

Improvements to Generic Rest Integrations

Report fields IN – Dynamic Tables

With this release it is now possible to insert values into reports also to dynamic tables, i.e. tables where rows can be added or removed by the user of the report.

Raw Case to Normal – Webhook

In in4mo there is a feature where a Raw case created with minimum case information is later changed into a normal case. Doing this changes the case ID, and more information is usually then added to the case by the insurance company. Since it is relevant to be notified about these changes, we are now introducing a webhook for this.

Input Worknumber

On task level a Worknumber can be added, which serves as an ID that Contractor users can freely set for the tasks they are assigned. With this release it is possible to set and edit the Worknumber also via API.

Get iCC Work Items Master Data

The introduction of APIs for iCC in earlier releases has been a success and is now widely used by our customers. The catalogue of work items and their attributes for iCC is updated approximately 4 times per year, and so far, the catalogue has been provided by in4mo to our customers manually via e-mail.

For the iCC integrations to run more efficiently we are in this release providing API for our customers to also retrieve the master data for iCC work items, and their related attributes, such as title, long description, and which rooms/structures the work items are valid for.

Webhooks for Internal Chats for Contractor Customers

It is now possible to activate webhooks that can notify Contractor customers of new internal chat messages in insurance cases.
